486: 30 July 1825 – Will of Wm. F. Abernathy; to sister Martha E. Smart, his interest in late store Adams & Fisher &c & the concern of Fisher & Abernathy; to sister Eliza C. Abernathy, his interest in estate testator’s grandfather Wm. Fisher, decd; land in Dinwiddie Co. to be sold & applied to education of 2 nieces Ann Elizabeth & Harriot Blackwell (daus. his sister Polly Ann Blackwell); to bro. Turner Abernathy, his slaves: Jenny, Joe, Clary, Ann, Amy, David; personal estate to be sold/applied to debts, surplus to bro. Turner; names bro. Turner Abernathy and Daniel Daly exors.
