As touching such worldy estate where with it has pleased God to bless me in this life I give and dispose of the same in the following manner and form. First of all I give unto my beloved wife Catherine my lands horses cattle and every thing belonging to me til after her death then it is to be divided between my six children.
I appoint my son John Abernathy and Noah Abernathy my whole and sole Executors. In witness where unto I set my hand and seal this the 27th of December in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and fifty-eight.
