Miles S. Abernethy

In the name of God, Amen,
I Miles S. Abernethy, being of sound mind but feble in boddy, do declare this my last will and testament.
First, I want all of my Just debts paid.
Second, I will and bequeth to my beloved wife Mehala Abernathy all of my real and personal property during her natural life; and at her death, I will and bequeth to my daughter Susan Woodward ten dollars, to be paid in money.
I also will and bequeth to my daughter Martha Abernathy , one hundred & fifty dollars for services rendered to me.
After the above amount is paid, I will and bequeth to my two sons Jacob and Joseph Abernathy and my two daughters Martha + Victory all of my real and personal property to be equally divided between them.
I hereby appoint Mehala Abernathy and George W. Cansler Executrix and Executor of my will.
I hereby state that my son in law Sine Woodward now holds or did hold a note of hand on me for four hundred and fifty dollars which I do declare has been paid by me in dollars & cents.
