In the name of God, Amen! I Joe Abernethy, being of sound mind do declare this my last will and testament. First, I will and bequeath to my beloved brother and sister Jacob Abernethy and Martha L. Setzer all my real and personal property. If Jacob Abernethy should die then I will it shall go to my sister Martha Setzer and if she die first I will it shall go to my Brother Jacob Abernethy. I will that all my just debts shall be paid.
